1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of International Multilingual Academy ("IMA"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
IMA provides study abroad counselling, language coaching, visa assistance, and related educational services. We act as consultants and do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship outcomes, as these decisions rest solely with universities and government immigration authorities.
3. Fees & Refunds
Course fees and service charges are payable as per the fee schedule provided at enrollment. Refund policies for specific courses and services are communicated at the time of enrollment. Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
4. Accuracy of Information
Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to IMA. Any false information provided may result in visa rejection or admission cancellation, for which IMA bears no responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability
IMA is not liable for visa rejections, admission cancellations, university policy changes, or any outcomes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, study guides, and content provided by IMA are proprietary and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
